General terms and conditions of sale (GENIBRAND LLP)

Article 1: Scope of application

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the Internet sites of the GENIBRAND LLP network. Any individual or legal entity placing an order with GENIBRAND LLP and validating it via our secure payment platform, or by cheque or in cash, is considered to be a "customer".

Article 1 bis: Age limit

Age restrictions apply: GENIBRAND LLP only accepts clients over 16 years of age (for physical and electronic products) and over 18 years of age (for services: coaching, workshops, seminars). We do our best to restrict access to our sites, products and services to minors. Even if the content of our products and services is not of a shocking nature, we prefer to address ourselves to a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world. Any newsletter subscriber who does not meet these criteria (age over 16 years) will be immediately deleted from our database as soon as this fact is brought to our attention. Similarly, any customer not meeting these criteria will be immediately refunded, and a return of the product(s) concerned will be required.

Article 2: Order

Any order placed on a site belonging to the company GENIBRAND LLP implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

Article 3: Prices

The prices are indicated in euros all taxes included, excluding postage and handling of your order. The price of the articles can be modified at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one announced at the time of the order.

Article 4 : Payment

Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, including for pre-ordered products. You can pay by credit card. Cards issued by banks domiciled outside France must be international bank cards (Mastercard or Visa). We do not accept American Express. Secure online payment by credit card is carried out through the Stripe company. The information transmitted is encrypted by software in accordance with the rules of the art and cannot be read during transport on the network. Any guarantee as to the security of this system is entirely the responsibility of the company Stripe and cannot be imputed to us.

Article 5: Delivery

Delivery is made to the address you indicated when you placed your order (therefore, be particularly careful with the spelling of the address you enter and especially the postcode). The risks will be at your charge from the date on which the products ordered have left our premises. However, in the event of a lost parcel, we will do what is necessary to ensure that you still receive your product or that you are reimbursed according to your guarantee.

Article 6: Protection of personal data

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access and rectify any personal data concerning you. We declare all of our files to the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés. By adhering to these general terms and conditions of sale, you acknowledge that you have read our personal data protection policy and consent to the collection and use of this data by us. By entering your email address on one of the sites in our network, you will receive emails containing information and/or promotional offers concerning products published by GENIBRAND LLP or by other partners. You can unsubscribe at any time. To do so, simply click on the link at the end of our emails.
